What our plans include:

All office visits and communication with your Acropolis Health team
Convenient and timely access
Annual comprehensive health assessment and exam, including review of all recommended preventive care screenings, ordering and interpretation of biometric lab testing
Care coordination with any outside medical services (specialist care, ER, hospitals, Physical Therapy, etc)
In-office testing such as urine screening, urine pregnancy, strep, influenza, EKG hearing and vision screening
Minor office procedures such as skin laceration repair and suture removal, skin lesion/mole removal/biopsy, PAP collection

There is a one-time Initial Visit Fee of $150 for all adults (age 18+) on monthly memberships.

We will work with you to coordinate the receipt of medical records to ensure the information is available at the time of your first visit.
